Scott Brimelow

Scott Brimelow (BEng, MIEAust, NPR, RPEQ)


Scott, graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1991, earning a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. He has worked as a Structural Engineer on the Sunshine Coast since, and has over 25 years design and inspection experience.

Scott has been involved with many sporting groups and community clubs. He has been a past president of the Kawana Touch Association, board member for the Sunshine Coast Falcons Rugby League Club, Charter Member of the Alexandra Headlands Rotary Club and member of the Sunshine Coast Masters Swimming Club. Scott has been a past state touch representative (player and coach) and now relives his sporting prowess through his children. He is the current coach of his son’s U10 school Rugby team and is also a coach with the Nambour Little Athletics Club.

Scott has recently been elected to the Sunshine Coast committee of the Master Builders Association and is looking forward to helping maintain a strong building industry on the coast.


Clay Hoger (BEng, MIEAust, NPR, RPEQ)

Senior Engineer

Clay grew up on the Sunshine Coast before spending a number of years travelling the globe.  Clay completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering with First Class Honours and is a registered professional engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).  Clay's success is driven by his passion for solving technical problems and building relationships.  Clay is a family man at heart with interests in property development and adventure travel


Scott Condon (BEng, GradIEAust)


Scott graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2014, earning a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Structural) with First Class Honours. Scott was a mechanic in his past life and enjoys a good dose of TV motorsport on the weekends. He also grew up on the Sunshine Coast and spends as much time as he can enjoying the beach.


Thomas Walter

Senior Drafter

Thomas hails from Germany but has been in Australia now for over 15 years. He is an experienced draftsman who has worked for many small and large firms throughout Germany and Australia. Thomas travelled Australia extensively before settling down in Kilkivan. He uses his drafting attention to detail when in the kitchen to create cakes that the CWA are proud of.


Jordan Govan


Born in tropical Queensland but living on the beautiful sunshine coast, Jordan has years of AutoCAD drafting experience and enjoys a drawing challenge. Having completed a Cert III in Structural Steel Detailing/Manufacturing Technology & Business Administration, He has become familiar with various drafting styles. Jordan’s hobbies include driving & working on cars in his spare time.


Lynn Ong


Lynn joined the Structures team in 2017, having migrated from her native Singapore.  Lynn brings with her a wealth of knowledge as well as many varied talents in the kitchen - she has been known to cook up a variety of delicious Asian dishes such as noodles, fried rice and crispy triangles.  Lynn is a natural mother and has taken to looking after the younger members of the staff.


Summer Woodland


Summer grew up on the Sunshine Coast and was surrounded by the building and design industry. Summer is undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast and is excited about the future with Structures and building a career.  Outside of work, she loves taking care of her fur babies George and Nellie.


Nicole Green


Born in Victoria, Nicole relocated with her family to the Sunshine Coast in 1986. Building is in her family with her husband and brother in law both builders. Nicole is the backbone of Structures, ensuring projects are entered, processed and invoiced in a timely manner. When not at work, she looks after her teenage daughter and son. Nicole is a passionate supporter of women who have been touched by breast cancer and when she can, raises funds for organisations such as Breast Cancer Network Australia and Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Foundation.


Denica Bannister


Denica relocated with her family from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in 2009. Over the next 3 years, Denica and her husband undertook a project to transform an empty acreage block into their dream family residence. With a strong background in Administration, Denica has joined our Administration department, working with Nicole to ensure our projects are entered, processed and invoiced. Denica also goes by the alias of 'The Cake Fairy' and is our resident morning tea provider. Outside of work Denica looks after her 2 boys and is involved with the USC Netball Academy.



Security Officer

Kirby is a rehomed Guide Dog and a foundation staff member of Structures. Kirby's primary role is greeting clients and protecting the premises, however, he prefers to spend his days sleeping and snacking.
